Pine Ridge Studio pottery is made out of stoneware. This means it is strong, durable, and ready for years of use. It is completely hand-made. Most pieces are thrown on the potter’s wheel while others are created using clay slabs shaped by hand over plaster molds. All the glazes used are formulated and mixed at the Studio, and all the decorations are done by hand using a combination of sponging, hand-made stencils and brush work.  Each piece is unique.

Pine Ridge pottery is made to be used in the microwave, the dishwasher, and the oven.

Pine Ridge Pottery is available at the Studio, at the Carp Farmers’ Market , by mail order, or at a number of locations in the Ottawa Valley.

There are usually two sales at the Studio each year, one in the Spring featuring planters and other garden items, and one before Christmas featuring tableware and gift items.
